A place to be witnessed
The Birth Story Collective is a free monthly virtual gathering hosted by Melissa, a therapist and birth story guide. Each circle is a small, held space where mothers can share as much or as little as they like — and feel truly heard.
Whether your birth was traumatic, disappointing, complicated, or simply not what you expected, you deserve a space to tell your story. This is that space.

Therapist & Birth Story Guide
Melissa is a licensed therapist and the founder of Rooted to Rise Therapy. She created the Birth Story Collective as a free offering for mothers who are carrying a birth story that hasn't had a place to land.
Her work is rooted in the belief that every birth story deserves to be witnessed — and that the act of telling it, in a safe and held space, is itself a form of healing.
